A+ Support Technician

Why you should attend: Attend this course and you will prepare for one of the two exams that make up the IT Technician certification: CompTIA® Support Technician (220-602).

 You will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the following tasks on personal computer hardware and operating systems: system configuration, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and preventative maintenance. Course manual comes with MeasureUp and CertBlaster exam prep software (download).

Suggested Prerequisites:  Operating knowledge of Windows® or equivalent operating system.
