Adobe® Flash® Level 1

Why you should attend: A website may be more inviting with interactive graphics and animations. The tools present in Adobe Flash help to create and manipulate a wide variety of objects ranging from a simple graphic design to a complex animation sequences. The topics covered provide the basic skills you need to create simple objects and animations in Flash.

Suggested Prerequisites:  XHTML Level 1 & Level 2, a working knowledge of XHTML, and the windows operating system.

  • Working with Flash tools
  • Setting object fill attributes
  • Setting object stroke attributes

Lesson 4: Working with Text

  • Using the text tool

  • Convert text into shapes

Lesson 5: Modifying Objects

  • Use the selection tools
  • Create symbols and instances
  • Transform objects

Lesson 6: Working with Layers

  • Create a multiple layer movie
